Italian, English and German.
How many floors are in the hotel? Is
their an elevator?
There are 3 floors and an elevator. The residence
also includes a ground floor apartment which is
handicap accessible.
Are the apartments quiet?
In addition to being located in an area of limited
traffic, all apartments are furnished with double
glass windows, ensuring safety and comfort.
Do the apartments have terraces or balconies?
Not all apartments have a terrace or balcony,
but the Residence offers a private garden for
guests to enjoy.
Do you have non smoking apartments?
Yes, there are non smoking apartments available
upon request.
Do apartments have satellite TV?
Yes, all apartments have satellite colour TV.
Apartments have direct phone access?
Yes.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there is air conditioning in all apartments
and common areas of the Residence.
Is there a private bathroom in the apartments?
Yes, of course there is a private bathroom and
larger apartments have two.
Is there internet and email access?
Yes.
What are the hours for check in and check
out?
You may check in from 2:00 on and must check our
before 12:00 p.m.
Is breakfast included in the prices?
No, but if you request may be purchased in the
residence dining hall or ordered as room service.
Are the prices quoted online per apartment
or per person?
The prices are per apartment, taxes included.
How do I make a reservation?
Click on Book Now to use our secure system of
online reservations.
How can I cancel my reservation and what
is the cost?
It is possible to cancel your reservation up to
48 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival with
a penalty of a one night stay charged to your
credit card account.
When do I pay?
Payment is due upon departure. For online reservations,
you will be asked for credit card information.
Is
there a transportation service from the hotel
to the airport?
Yes, we ask that you send us an email in order
for us to organize this service and we will email
you details of the cost.
Is there an outdoor parking or a garage?
Yes, there is a garage located in the area.
Where can I rent a car?
Ask at the Airport of Pisa and Florence and Pistoia
Train Station.
Which is the closest airport?
We are located approximately 60 kilometres from
the Pisa airport and about 30 km from the airport
of Florence
Which is the closest bus stop?
About 100 meters from the Residence you will find
buses that take you to both the central bus station
and the train station.
Which train station is located closest
to residence?
The closest train station is the Pistoia train
station located about 800 meters from the Residence.
Is the kitchen furnished?
All apartments have furnished kitchens which include
pots and pans, electric burners, refrigerator,
and sink.
Is it possible to bring domestic animals?
Yes, small size animals are allowed with an additional
fee.
Is there a restaurant on the premises?
No, but our staff is more than happy to suggest
the perfect restaurant according to your tastes.
If you’d like, we can send a list of various
restaurants in the area, highlighting the local
specialities prior to your arrival.
May I connect to the internet from my
room?
Yes, it is possible to connect to the Internet
from your room using a dial up modem.
How can I receive
information on organizing an event at your establishment?
We offer a variety of services

What
are possible locations for a banquet?
If weather permits, it is suggested to stage the
event in our spacious garden (more than 1000 sqm),
however there is also a large room available after
the entrance to the Residence.
What is the seating capacity for a wedding
at your establishment?
The garden can accommodate up to 300/400 people
for a standing buffet and 150/200 people with
tables and place settings. Rooms located indoors
can accommodate up to 100/150 people standing
and 60/80 people with tables and place settings.
